MIA.Rentals ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by MBB LLC under Real Broker LLC (Florida License CQ1049632). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit mia.rentals or contact us for rental-related services.

By using this site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Our site may link to third-party websites (MLS portals, local government resources, neighborhood information sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

10. Florida-Specific Disclosures

MIA.Rentals operates under Florida law. In addition to our standard privacy practices, we comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), Fla. Stat. § 501.171, which requires us to implement reasonable measures to protect personal information and to notify affected individuals in the event of a qualifying data breach within 30 days of discovery.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site homepage for at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
